Positive: I loved the courtesy displayed by all personnel; from the gateman to the receptionist, the cleaners, the staff in the restaurant, etc. The location is easily accessible. The place is very clean.

Negative: I saw 2 ants; one on the floor and one on my bed but the staff immediately sprayed the room with insecticide to address it. I didn’t see anymore ants afterwards.
